Lecturer at the Department of Fashion Design and Textile Studies, Cape Coast Technical University, Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana. She holds a Master of Philosophy degree (MPhil) in Home Economics from the University of Cape Coast and is currently a PHD candidate in fashion design technology in Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. A researcher specializing in lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in the garment industry of Ghana. Her research interests include clothing production practices, design thinking, management philosophy and financial management.
