Francis Yao Kpodza is a dedicated and results-driven educational administrator with over two decades of progressive experience in teaching, human resource management, and academic planning. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Educational Planning and is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership at the University of Education, Winneba. Francis has a wealth of experience in the Ghana Education Service, having served as a Human Resource Manager and Senior High School Coordinator, where he played a pivotal role in policy implementation, staff development, and quality assurance.
Currently serving as a Junior Assistant Registrar at Cape Coast Technical University, he brings meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to the Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance and the office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor. His leadership in coordinating programs like Warwick in Africa and participation in international conferences reflect his global outlook and commitment to advancing educational excellence.
