Mr. Michael Fosu is a seasoned ICT expert, leading the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). He holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information System and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.

With a strong background in Management Information Systems and Information Technology, complemented by certifications in CEH, PMP, and Network Design and Operations, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and managerial acumen to the role.

Mr. Fosu's leadership approach is built on collaboration, innovation, and excellence. He empowers teams to drive technological innovation, prioritising meticulous planning, robust security, data integrity, and system reliability. He oversees the implementation, support, and maintenance of technology resources, ensuring seamless operations.

As Head of the Directorate, Mr. Fosu is dedicated to harnessing technology to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative processes.
