Derrick Ofori Kwafo is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU), where he teaches Economics. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at UCC.
Mr. Kwafo has previously served as a Junior Assistant Administrator at CCTU and currently represents the Non-Teaching staff as a Convocation Representative on the Academic Board. His research interests span Development Economics, Labour Economics, and Health Economics.
With more than a decade of teaching experience across senior high school, college, and university levels, Derrick is committed to advancing economic research and equipping students with the tools to address real-world socio-economic challenges.
