Profile

Dr. Wisdom Wise Kwabla Pomegbe is the former Head of the Marketing Department and Senior Lecturer at Cape Coast Technical University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering (Marketing) from Jiangsu University in 2020. He gained admission to the University of Ghana Business School to pursue a 2-year Master of Philosophy in Marketing. Before his Masters degree, Dr. Pomegbe gained his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration in 2009 and his Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Ho Technical University in 2003. Prior to his employment as a lecturer at Cape Coast Technical University, Dr. Pomegbe has served as a lecturer at other universities like the University College of Management Studies (UCOMS) and Marshalls University College. Again, Dr. Pomegbe has in the past worked in various capacities as a marketing and sales executive and consulted for some notable organizations such as Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited, MTN Ghana, Vista 2000 Ltd., Chafal Company Limited, etc. He also has a number of publications in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of marketing, business ecosystems, and innovation to his credit. Notable among the journals are Business Strategy and the Environment, European Journal of Innovation Management, Cross Cultural and Strategic Management, Journal of Competitiveness, etc.
