Profile

I am an educationist with a specialisation in the creation, development, sustainability, and management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With a solid background in Human Resource Development and Management, I design and deliver capacity-building programmes aimed at enhancing the competencies of workers, entrepreneurs, and organisational leaders.

My work is driven by a commitment to strengthening business leadership, succession planning, and long-term sustainability, particularly among enterprise owners in rural, remote, and urban communities. I actively collaborate with key institutions such as the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ghana Enterprises Agency, and Business Resource Centers to support the transformation of small start-ups into viable medium and large-scale businesses.

In addition, I provide advisory and mentorship services to young graduates and aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them to develop sound business plans, implement effective talent management strategies, and pursue career development pathways. As Dean of the School of Business at Cape Coast Technical University, I played a vital role in the establishment of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agribusiness and supported the development of its academic curriculum to align with contemporary business and industry needs
