Profile

Dr. Stephen Agyefi-Mensah is a senior lecturer at the Department of Construction Technology and Management, and currently, the Acting Director of Works and Physical Development at the University. He holds a BSc. Building Technology and an MSc. Construction Management both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and a PhD in Architectural Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), The Netherlands.

Combining academic experience, grantsmanship and professional practice, he focuses on sustainable construction, innovation and sustainability in engineering, building economics and project financing and cost management. He is a professional member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Ghana, and a Corporate Member of the Ghana Institute of Construction (GIOC).
