Profile

I am a Chartered Human Resource Management Practitioner and lecturer at Cape Coast Technical University with a blend of academic expertise and professional practice. I hold a PhD in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies (University of Ghana, 2024), alongside advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Management Studies.

My career has centered on talent development, leadership, and sustainable human capital growth, where I have contributed to program accreditation, curriculum development, and staff training initiatives. I have published in reputable journals and co-authored book chapters in areas such as financial inclusion, succession planning, and education for sustainable development.

With integrity, discipline, and result orientation as my core values, I seek to make a lasting impact by equipping individuals and organizations with the skills and mindset for success. My research interests span leadership, learning approaches, competence development, training and development, and sustainable development.
